Refund Policy
Effective May 2, 2026
Blackbook Baseball stands behind every report we deliver. If a report does not meet your expectations, we will refund you. The rules are straightforward.
The 48-hour window
You have 48 hours from the moment we email you the report to request a refund or a re-run on a different opponent. No questions asked. We issue the refund through Stripe within five business days of your request. The refunded amount returns to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Reply to the delivery email or write to support@blackbookbaseball.com with your order id. A short note about why is welcome but not required.
If we cannot cover the team
If we determine before delivery that we cannot produce a quality report on the team you requested (insufficient data, no recent games on file, a coverage gap we did not catch at checkout), we refund your order in full regardless of when you ask. You do not have to wait for the 48-hour window to start.
What is not refundable
- Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery, except in the coverage-gap case above.
- Stripe’s payment-processing fees on chargebacks initiated by your bank instead of by us. If you have a problem, please email us first; we will refund you faster than a chargeback will.
Merchant of record
The merchant of record for every Blackbook Baseball order is Londonberry Solutions LLC d/b/a Blackbook Baseball. This entity will appear on your card statement and on the Stripe receipt.
